The Trainer's Training Certification is the third and most advanced level of the Institute’s Professional Pathway and it exists for the woman who is ready to certify others in this work.
Whether that means building her own certification program from the ground up, or stepping into another leader’s community as the person who elevates what they offer by certifying practitioners inside it.
To step into this level, you will have completed both Practitioner Level and Master Practitioner Level Certification through the Institute because you earned the right to carry this lineage forward.
Not just into more sessions. Into rooms. Into other practitioners. Into programs that outlast any single conversation and change that compounds far beyond one person.
At some point the work stops feeling like something you do with clients and starts feeling like something you are meant to carry further.
Most facilitators leave people inspired. You are here to leave them changed.
They change people at the level where change actually lasts.
The Trainer's training Certification includes Speakers Certification because at this level, the two are inseparable.
The difference lives at the subconscious level, and reaching that level in a room, whether you are on a stage, hosting a retreat, leading a workshop, or running a virtual experience, requires a completely different set of skills than most facilitators have ever been trained in.
Inspired fades. Changed holds.
Most facilitators and speakers work at the conscious level.
They are skilled. They are compelling. They leave people inspired. And inspiration is real, but it is not the same as changed.
This is where the Speakers Training becomes essential. Because training is not just knowledge transfer; it is facilitation. It is the ability to carry a room through an experience at the depth you intend, not the depth the room defaults to.
Whose presence communicates safety, depth, and standard all at once.
Who can hold a group of practitioners, some of them skilled, some of them nervous, some of them testing the work, and never lose the thread of what the room needs.
It shapes you into the kind of practitioner whose authority in a room is felt before she has said a single word about her credentials.
Which is why the Trainer's Training Certification does not just teach you how to train.
That is not a small thing. It is one of the most significant acts of stewardship this work asks of anyone.
A trainer holds the lineage and makes the decision about who gets to carry it forward.
A Master Practitioner holds the depth.
A practitioner holds the client.
And hold a room with the depth it deserves.
And the Trainer Certification is how the Institute ensures that the people who do it are ready; ethically, energetically, and in every practical dimension of what it takes to certify others with integrity.
This is the work that the coaching industry has been waiting for someone to do well.
This is what it means to carry the lineage forward. This is what it means to be part of making subconscious reprogramming mainstream, not as a concept, but as a lived standard that more and more people have access to because you said yes to this level of the work.
The ripple does not stop at the edge of your room. It moves out into the world in a way that one practitioner never could.
You are not delivering content. You are creating the conditions for real change; in a room full of people who came expecting to be inspired and leave having been moved at a level most facilitators never reach.
And when you are on a stage, hosting a retreat, leading a workshop or a virtual experience, the same depth is present
You certify them not just in technique but in depth and that depth goes home with them. Into their sessions. Into their clients. Into the clients those clients will eventually become.
You take the individuals in that room somewhere. Somewhere beneath the surface of what they thought they came to learn. Into the subconscious patterns that have been shaping how they lead, how they hold space, how they show up in their own lives.
When you are certifying practitioners, you stand at the front of a room, live or virtual, intimate or large, and you do not just teach.
Here is what actually happens when you are certified as a Trainer and Speaker at this level.
The invitation will come through the Institute as you progress through the Professional Pathway.
Practitioner Level is where the journey begins. Every step forward is preparing you for this one.

Every woman you certify extends the reach of this mission further than you could go alone.
Someone who will hold the standard, protect the depth, and take this work into rooms and programs and communities that are ready for it but have not yet had access to it.
The lineage has to be carried by someone.
