The modules are where you absorb the knowledge, the theory, and tframeworks behind each certification, so that when you arrive to your Live Embodiment Session you are not there to receive information. You are there to use it.
This is a flipped classroom approach, intentionally designed so that every minute of your live time is spent in application, practice, and embodied learning rather than passive instruction. Most coaching certifications train you to work at the conscious level, the goals, the frameworks, the accountability. If you are already certified, you know exactly how powerful that work can be. You have also likely felt the ceiling it creates.
The Practitioner Certification takes everything you have already built and gives it a deeper foundation. You will not be starting over. No prior experience is required. Each technique is taught from the ground up inside a cohesive, integrated system — so you will move through them in a sequence that builds naturally on itself. You will not be dropped into advanced territory without the foundation to hold it.
Plan to dedicate approximately four hours per week to the program. This includes watching or listening to your Study Modules twice, a requirement of the board accreditation standards, plus two hours for your weekly Live Embodiment Session. Hours may vary with monthly commitments added in that include include your Practitioner Lab, Real World Application assignment, and optional Business Integration Session.
This is an immersive certification. It's designed with the learner, you, in mind. The women who get the most from this program are the ones who protect the time and show up fully. Four hours a week is a meaningful commitment. It is also one of the most important investments of time you will ever make in yourself and your craft.
To graduate and receive your certifications you are required to attend a minimum of 85% of Live Embodiment Sessions and you will be required to watch the replay of any live sessions you miss, the Kickoff Immersion on January 7, and Graduation Week of June 15–17. These requirements exist because the depth of this work is built inside the live sessions and your presence matters not just for your own transformation but for the cohort around you. Life happens and we understand that. The 85% attendance requirement gives you grace while holding the standard this lineage deserves.

Yes. The Kickoff Immersion, all weekly Live Embodiment Sessions, Practitioner Labs, Business Integration Sessions, and Graduation Week are all held virtually so you can participate fully from wherever you are.
Yes, and this is one of the most powerful elements of the learning architecture. Through your monthly Real World Application assignments you will take specific techniques into a structured session with a real client or someone outside the cohort (family, friend, etc.). This is where the tools stop being practice and start being yours. Your experiences come back into the Live Embodiment Sessions and the Practitioner Hub, enriching the entire cohort.
The Practitioner Certification is currently accredited through the International Neuro-Energetics Association (INEA). We are actively working toward ICF accreditation and are committed to pursuing this pathway. When the program becomes ICF accredited, graduates of the Practitioner Certification will have the opportunity to pursue their ICF credential, should they choose to, for an additional investment and in accordance with ICF requirements at that time. We will keep our community fully informed as this accreditation develops.
The six certifications you earn inside the Practitioner Certification are board-accredited through INEA and equip you to offer subconscious reprogramming, NLP, EFT, TIME Techniques, and hypnotherapy services to clients — in a standalone practice or woven into the work you are already doing. Whether you are building a coaching practice from the ground up, deepening an existing service-based business, or expanding what you offer inside a corporate or organizational setting — these tools are designed to integrate into the way you already work and elevate every dimension of it.

Graduation is not the end, it is the beginning of a new chapter. Your six months of Business Integration support continues through the program's conclusion, and upon graduation you will have the opportunity to continue your growth and community inside the Keyholder's Circle: an ongoing membership exclusively for Practitioner Certification graduates where the integration continues, the community stays alive, and the work keeps deepening. In addition, you will have the opportunity to master her craft by investing in Master Practitioner Certification.
